These terms apply when you download or play games made by Gika Game, or visit gikagame.com. By playing our games you agree to them, so please read them once.
01Using our games
We give you a personal, non-commercial and revocable license to install and play our games on your own devices. The games stay ours; you are not buying the software itself.
02Ads
Our games are free and supported by ads. Some ads are optional, for example watching a short video to get an extra life or a hint. Ad content is provided by third parties, not by us.
03Fair play
Please do not cheat, hack, reverse engineer, copy or resell our games, or use them in a way that harms other players or our services.
04Our content
All game names, characters, art, music and code belong to Gika Game or our licensors. Fonts and icons we use are covered by their own open licenses.
05No warranty
We work hard to keep our games fun and stable, but they are provided as they are. We cannot promise they will always be available or free of bugs.
06Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Gika Game is not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost progress, caused by using or being unable to use our games.
07Changes and termination
We may update our games or these terms, and we may stop offering a game. If you do not agree with a change, you can stop playing and uninstall the game.
08Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Ankara have jurisdiction.
